Lotfi Séhili is a accomplished professional in the field of asset management, stockbroking, and financial services. He has played an essential role in the strategic direction and development of subsidiaries within an international group that he has led, contributing to consolidating their position as key players in the Tunisian financial market.

Prior to joining UGFS NA in 2023, Lotfi Séhili held the position of CEO at the stockbroking intermediary BMCE CAPITAL SECURITIES and the asset management company BMCE Capital Asset Management simultaneously for over seven years. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of AXIS TRESORERIE SICAV for over four years. He used to be a board member at the Tunisian Stock Exchange, Tunisie Clearing, and the Association of Stockbrokers for several terms.

Previously, Lotfi Séhili worked at two other stockbroking intermediaries as a Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager. He has gained solid experience in managing individual and institutional portfolios, demonstrating his skills in financial analysis and risk management.

Mr. Séhili holds a degree in HEC from Carthage (IHEC), a Master's in Bank & Finance (IEHET), a Certified International Investment Analyst (CIIA) diploma, a diploma from the Technical Institute of Banking-ITB (CNAM), an Islamic Finance Qualification-IFQ certificate (CISI), and certificates in Corporate Governance and Banking (ITA).
