Ms. Cherif holds an undergraduate degree in English from the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, a certificate in General and Academic English from London Metropolitan University, and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Université Centrale, obtained in 2024. She joined UGFS in July 2009 as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager. With 16 years of administrative experience, she has worked closely with the Chairman of the Board and other senior executives. Since 2019, Ms. Cherif has served as the Human Resources Manager, overseeing training, intern management, and team-building initiatives & social programs . She plays an active role in fostering employee development and team cohesion within the company.
